You may exchange a returned item for any other item on our site. We will then refund or charge you accordingly the difference in price between the two items, and ship the exchanged item to you at our shipping cost. (We cover the shipping cost of maximum one exchange per order.)

Note: We will charge you our flat shipping rate of CAN$9 if your order total, taking into consideration the returned and exchanged items, and disregarding tax, falls below CAN$99 (free shipping on all orders over CAN$99). Exception is in exchanging a bra--Regardless of your order total, when you exchange a bra, we cover the cost of shipping both the returned bra and the exchanged bra to you (yippee for you!).
 

(In a rare circumstance, you are responsible for paying the difference between a regular price and a special price if the special price you received has become nul as a result of the returned item; for example, if you took advantage of a Special whereby you received 30% off nursing pads because you bought a particular top, but then returned the top in exchange for a different item, we would charge you full price for the nursing pads.)
