We
want you to be happy with every item you purchase from Bosom Buddies. If you
are not, for whatever reason, we would like to hear about it.
Returns
Email or telephone Bosom Buddies within 30 days of purchase for an
authorization
number and Return-Exchange Regulations & Instructions.
Provided the
item
is returned in original condition, you will receive,
according to your choosing, a
refund or
exchange.
When returning an item by mail, you are
responsible for paying the shipping cost to get it back to us.
Should you
choose to exchange your returned item, we will pay the shipping cost to
send the exchange to you.
(We cover the shipping cost of maximum one exchange per order.)

Gifts have a 60-day window for exchange or credit (provided they have met the above
criteria).

About Bras and Clothing
If you are unsure
the size of bra or clothing to order, please contact us for assistance. Where
our return policy permits, you are welcome to purchase more than one size, with
the intention of returning one or more items later.
If
items are returned in original condition, their full price will be refunded to
you. "Original condition" implies items:
-
have not been worn other than for the purpose of trying on;
- have not been washed; and
- are free of smoke, perfume, pet hair, body odour, deodorant marks, etc.
When trying on
bras, please wear nursing pads if you leak.

Price
Matching
Should
you find a lower price elsewhere on the internet, let us know. Manufacturer
policy permitting, and providing the total cost of the item (including the cost
of shipping) would not cause us to carry a loss from the sale of the item, we will gladly match
the price. Just let us know at the time of ordering.
Prices
If you are paying in
American
dollars or in a currency other than Canadian dollars,
your order total will be converted into your currency by your credit card
company.
Prices listed are
in Canadian dollars and may be accompanied by a price in American dollars. Where
no price in American dollars exists, the Canadian price applies to items shipped
both in Canada and internationally.
Prices in American
dollars apply to items shipped outside of Canada and will be converted to
Canadian dollars according to the exchange rate the day you are invoiced.

Free Shipping, Shipping
Charges and Arrival Times
We
ship to Canada, the United States and internationally. All orders
are shipped within 72 hours; If an exception occurs,
other than the following, you will be notified:
Should your order contain an item that is out of stock, we will hold
your order until we are able to ship all items together.
If
you are ordering by secure server and your shipping charge is
incorrect, either don't worry, because we will adjust it once we receive your order
OR once you are on the shopping cart page:
a.) for orders of only
bras, orders over $140 or orders of two or more bras,
enter "freeship" as your voucher code; or
b.) for orders of one bra along with non-bra items, enter "halfship"
as your voucher code.
To
Canada and the United States (including
States with codes AA, AE, AP, AS, GU, MP, MH, FM, UM, PW, PR and VI):
Free shipping on orders over $140 (approx. US$132) and on all bras
from the "Bras" page. For orders under
$140, add $9 (approx. US$9).
Where
you are entitled to free shipping because of a Special we are
offering, we cover the Regular Mail shipping cost of $9--you cover the
remainder.
Shipping costs can be found in your shopping cart. On most orders,
your shipping cost is lower than the actual shipping cost.
Where
you are entitled to free shipping because of a Special we are offering
and if you are using your shopping cart to order, free shipping is not
always reflected in your cart: it will be deducted manually when we
receive your order.

Free shipping
up to CAN$9 (approx. US$10) on
orders over CAN$140 (approx. US$132) and on all bras

In other words, we bill the actual shipping cost

Orders
within Canada are shipped (according to your choosing at time of ordering):
1.
Expedited (regular mail) - 2 to 8 business days;
2.
Xpresspost - 1 to 3 business days; or
3.
Priority Courier - 1 to 2 business days.
Arrival
times are accurate if you live in a major and often, a non-major centre. Should
you live in a non-major centre or remote area of Canada, delivery of your parcel
may take longer. Contact us to find out the estimated arrival time of your
parcel.
Should the
price to ship your order by Xpresspost or Priority Courier be more than $2 higher than the
charge given in your shopping cart,
we will ask you, before shipping, to cover the difference.
Conversely, should the
price to ship your order by Xpresspost or Priority Courier be more than $2 lower
than the charge given in your shopping cart, we will charge you the lower
amount.

Orders
to the USA are shipped (according to your choosing):
1. Regular mail, surface (6 to 12 business
days to most US destinations). If this is too long to wait,
you may want to choose to have your order shipped by Xpresspost;
2.
Xpresspost (3 to 5 business days to most US destinations); or
3.
Purolator Int'l (2 business days to most US destinations) ($50). This option is not listed
in your shopping cart. If you would like this option, please let us know by
email or in the
customer feedback section of your
shopping cart.
Should the
price to ship your order by Xpresspost be more than $2 higher than the charge given in your shopping cart,
we will ask you , before shipping, to cover the difference.
Conversely, should the
price to ship your order by Xpresspost be more than $2 lower than the charge given in your shopping cart,
we will charge you the lower amount.
Note:
Any item can be delayed by Customs (but don't worry, we have had no
significant reported delays yet).
Orders
to international destinations are shipped (according to your choosing):

Xpresspost International (5 to 8 business days) (cost is between
approximately $25 and $60--contact us for your exact figure). This service, as dictated by
Canada Post, is available only to the
following countries;
2.
Regular mail, air (approximately 7 to 11 business days) (cost is between
approximately $22 and $51--contact us for your exact figure). This service, as
dictated by Canada Post, is available to all countries except the ones listed in
#1, directly above; or
3.
Surface mail (approximately 4 to 6 weeks) (cost is between
approximately $17 and $34--contact us for your exact figure).
Note:
International shipping options are not listed in your shopping cart.

Wrapping
We will gladly
gift wrap an item and ship it to an address other than the billing
address. The charge for gift wrapping is $4, which will be added to your
order total once we receive your order, and includes a complimentary
card. Let us know in the customer feedback section of your shopping cart that you would
like this option and the message you would like written inside the card.
Forms
of Payment
Payment
may be made by money order, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners
Club and in person, by cash.
If you
choose not to use our secure server but to order by email, we
will contact you by telephone for sensitive information such as your credit card number.
Please
make money orders and cheques payable to Bosom Buddies. Ask for our mailing
address at time of ordering.
