For a refund of a returned item, we refund you the price of the returned item minus our actual shipping cost (or portion of) if we had paid the shipping on your order. (In a rare circumstance, you are responsible for paying the difference between a regular price and a special price if the special price you received has become nul as a result of the returned item; for example, if you took advantage of a Special whereby you received 30% off nursing pads because you bought a top, but then returned the top, we would charge you full price for the nursing pads.)
