For a refund of a returned item, we refund you the price of the returned item minus our actual shipping cost (or portion of) if we had paid the shipping on your order. Note that we deduct no shipping cost if your order total, taking into consideration the returned item and disregarding tax, is over CAN$99. (Free shipping on all orders over CAN$99.)
(In a rare circumstance, you are responsible for paying the difference between a regular price and a special price if the special price you received has become nul as a result of the returned item; for example, if you took advantage of a Special whereby you received 30% off nursing pads because you bought a top, but then returned the top, we would charge you full price for the nursing pads.)
